1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP, the author agrees to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Ownership of Intellectual Property

  • The author retains full and exclusive rights to their manuscript.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP will not claim any ownership over the manuscript or associated content.

  • A non-exclusive, revocable license is granted to TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP to produce, format, distribute, and market the work based on the chosen publishing package.

3. Manuscript Submission and Approval

  • Authors must submit the final manuscript in an agreed-upon format (e.g., Word, PDF).

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP reserves the right to refuse content that contains hate speech, graphic violence, plagiarism, illegal content, or any material deemed inappropriate.

  • Authors are responsible for the accuracy of all content, including facts, names, and citations.

4. Editing and Design Services

  • Editing tiers include basic proofreading, copyediting, and structural/developmental editing—selected according to the author’s package.

  • Once typeset or cover design files are approved, no further changes will be entertained without additional charges.

5. ISBN, Copyright & Legal Deposits

  • An ISBN will be provided by TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP under its imprint unless the author opts for their own.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP may assist in copyright registration, but legal ownership remains with the author.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP is not responsible for copyright disputes resulting from plagiarized or misappropriated content provided by the author.

6. Distribution, Printing, and Royalties

  • Books may be distributed via online retailers, bookstores, and global distribution partners.

  • Royalties will be calculated net of third-party costs (printing, platform commissions, taxes).

  • Payment will be made via bank transfer or digital wallet as per the author’s preference.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP will provide regular royalty reports.

7. Author Warranties and Indemnity

  • The author warrants that:

    • The work is original and not defamatory.

    • It does not infringe on any third-party rights.

    • Proper permissions for third-party content (e.g., quotes, images) have been obtained.

  • The author agrees to indemnify TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP against any legal claims arising from content submitted.

8. Refund and Cancellation

  • Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and will incur a processing fee.

  • No refund will be provided if the book has already been submitted for publishing, design, or printing.

9. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

  • All submitted content and communication will remain confidential.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP will not disclose personal or manuscript information to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

10. Marketing and Promotion

  • Promotional services (e.g., social media, press releases, book trailers) are offered as add-ons.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP may feature the author’s book in marketing collateral unless the author opts out in writing.

  • Author participation is often needed for interviews, launch events, and digital promotions.

11. Revisions and Reprints

  • Authors are entitled to a limited number of revisions based on their package.

  • Post-approval revisions or reprints due to author errors will incur additional charges.

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP is not liable for errors found after author’s final approval.

12. Termination of Agreement

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP may terminate the agreement in cases of:

    • Non-payment.

    • Breach of Terms and Conditions.

    • Submission of illegal, offensive, or plagiarized content.

  • Upon termination, all further services will be ceased, and no refund will be issued for completed work.

13. Modifications to Terms

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP may update these terms periodically.

  • Continued use of the services implies acceptance of any changes.

  • Authors are encouraged to review the terms regularly on our official website.

14. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved amicably.

  • Failing that, disputes will be governed by the laws of [State, Country] and settled in the courts of [City].

15. Limitation of Liability

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP will not be liable for:

    • Loss of data due to system error.

    • Third-party platform issues.

    • Loss of income or reputation.

  • The company’s liability, if any, will be limited to the value of the author’s paid package.

16. Force Majeure

  • TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond its control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the full agreement between the author and TUW PUBLICATIONS LLP and supersede any prior verbal or written communications.
